How long is an Invisalign consultation?
Most Invisalign consultations take about 10–15 minutes and can be done by video or in person. During your consultation at our Surrey dental clinic, we review your goals and outline your personalised treatment plan.
Do I need x-rays or scans at my first visit?
In most cases, no x-rays or scans are needed for your initial Invisalign consultation. We begin by understanding your goals, and if any imaging is recommended we will review it with you and explain why it may be helpful.
How soon can I start Invisalign treatment after my consultation?
Most patients can begin Invisalign treatment within a few weeks of their consultation. Once your personalised plan is ready, your custom aligners are made and we guide you through each step to get started with confidence.
What happens during my Invisalign consultation?
We start by understanding your goals and what you would like to improve about your smile. We then assess your teeth and bite and, when appropriate, use digital scanning to show a preview of your potential results. You will also receive a clear explanation of your treatment plan, timeline and fixed cost so you can make an informed decision with no pressure.
